My home suffered fire damage, I was completely overwhelmed and didn't know where to turn. Thankfully, NICS of Charlotte was recommended to me by a friend, and they were a true lifesaver. They worked quickly to assess the damage and come up with a plan to restore my house. They kept me informed every step of the way. They removed all of the damaged materials, including drywall, flooring, and furniture, and cleaned and sanitized the entire area. They even restored some sentimental items that I thought were lost forever. They also worked with my insurance company to ensure everything was covered and I wasn't left with any unexpected expenses.
