        The guys at Cardinal Restoration are wonderful! They helped us with mold remediation and dealt with the issue promptly and thoroughly and walked us through all the steps before, during and after. We are very thankful for them!

        Over-promised and under-delivered. Poor communication. No follow-up despite multiple attempts. Never delivered the estimate promised for the large scale project and charged me more than quoted for the minimal work they did do. Would not recommend.

      We are so sorry you had a negative experience with us. We work hard to deliver on the best results to our clients. This project required additional hand-cleaning the affected area. Hand cleaning can cause some price variations, which we communicate with all of our customers.We digitally sent the estimate for larger project several times. If you are still interested, we are happy to hand deliver this estimate since the digital copy didn’t make it to you.
