        I forgot to oder the new frosty and wanted to add it to my oder at the window and was told no by the cashier. She stated per her manager not allowed to add to the order. I never ever heard of this in retail. People forget all the time, what if I wanted to removed an item, I guess I would not be able to. Also, my burger and nuggets were horrific. I gave them 1 star because the fries were hot and seasoned. Not a satisfied customer and definitely did a survey because I need to find out if this is true and they're representing Wendy's properly.

        I ordered my food on the app. I drove up and was the only person in line. I waited 5 minutes at the window, and they failed to complete my order. They forgot my hamburger, and the customer service is poor.

        Placed an online order for pick up. The order was ready to go, the staff was very pleasant with a smile. We had the $1 Dave's burger, which was AWESOME (for during the basketball tournament) I was also able to use my charity tag for a free Junior frosty as well! Delicious lunch for my hubs and I. We have always had a great experience here and will return!
