        Was looking for a dump truck to haul some gravel for a driveway. Nothing big or fancy, just a 3-4 yard bed. Everyone else I called wouldn't even talk to me until I had a "business account." Called up Herc and talked with Lexie who sent me over a quick one page credit app and put me in contact with Brad. Brad handled everything else like a champ. Great communication and explained everything I needed to know. Got there to pick up the truck and it was ready to go. I've had buddies who have gotten equipment from other places that looked like junk. This Ford F-550 was clean inside and out. Everything worked great and I had no issues, (but if I had, Brad told me to let him know as did the woman at the front desk when I went to pick up the truck). If you're an average Joe who doesn't have a business or a commercial credit account and is just looking for equipment to rent, Herc is the place to go!
