It is good company to work with unfortunately one person can change that. I called this morning looking for possible rental forklifts along with other services they may be able to assist with and the person who answered the phone was unprofessional did not want to guide me on whom I would speak to, provide email addresses and when asked for her name she refused to give. I work with this company at their other locations never experienced this type of service.

Overall i have to say with as many forklift repair and rental places in the Hialeah-Lauderdale, Miami area, Atlantic is BY FAR, the best there is. Professional, Pricing great, bottom line you get what you pay for. They have saved me thousands by simple repairs over the years where others were just trying to up sell me on buying on of their used or new forklifts. Like really! But Great team over at Atlantic hands down.

I do not write many of these, but I just had to after my experience with Atlantic Forklifts. I have rented forklifts before and this time I rented one from Atlantic Forklift. Daniel was great over the phone and understanding to what I needed. When the forklift arrived, EARLY I must add, Cesar was very professional during the entire process. He went over all the operating systems and All Safety features. Very professional company and will only use them. Also, they are looking out for a used one within my budget.
