I love this location, the staff were thoughtful, and they do care about the patients health and felling. I would highly recommend it for your emergency medical visit.

Honestly only came here because I had BAD pelvic pain. The doctor was fantastic. Explained everything well to me and was clear. They just couldnt find the root to my issue. Told me Id have to do various scans and after waiting 45 min to a hour for an ultrasound I decided not to and to go to another hospital. The issue I have is with the nurses in this building. Which is why Im giving this place 2 stars. First of all I was required to give a urine sample, my boyfriend who was with me in the room was sitting in the chair and a nurse came in with no warning and said he needed a sample. My boyfriend explained that I was in there doing it. Then he Rudely repeated again that he needed the sample now. Ive never felt so rushed for a sample. Then another nurse came in to draw blood. Im heavily tattooed on my arm but all of my other providers draw from that arm with no issue. But she Decided not to go for the main vein that every and any other doctor Ive been to has drawn blood from. Said I dont want to draw from the artery. I politely said she could use my other arm seeing as my veins were more visible in it. She told me no. She feels for the veins and doesnt look for them. Next thing I know there is a needle in my arm at a VERTICAL angle. She continued to pull the needle in and out which was very painful. and she tells me I think I blew that one. Then she decided to try another vein on the same arm closer to the top of my wrist also put in at a funny angle. So funny she had to wrap the needle to my wrist just to keep the needle flushed to the skin. When it was all said and done the first nurse that asked for a urine sample came in to remove the needle and hand me discharge papers. Normally. Ive had a nurse take the tape off and then CAREFULLY pulling out the needle. This was not the case. The tape was taken off with the needle in one foul swoop. It felt like it had been ripped from my arm Im not to sure about the day shift. But night nurses could care less. I recommend elsewhere. Also in the picture this is a black only tattoo. No color in this area. And this is 5 days after my visit. My whole arm is sore and there is swelling on my wrist. I went in for one pain and left with another.
