The gentleman that answered the phone, Im assuming the owner, was extremely helpful in giving directions and in the overall experience. Ive been looking for a dry cleaners here in Charlotte and I am sure I found it in Morrison Cleaners and Alterations.

Do yourself a favor and make this your go-to dry cleaner. I cant say enough good things about their quality and service. Kemuel (owner) went out of his way to deliver my clothes to my front door ON A HOLIDAY when they were closed and I was traveling for work the next day. That genuine dedication to customer service simply doesnt exist anywhere else. Thank you again Kemuel!!

I found this place since I live right upstairs! Theyre so friendly and reliable. I was able to walk in the same day and be measured for alterations. Super reliable and on schedule! Thank you to the amazing staff!

I was referred to this facility by my cousin and let me tell you, the owner did not disappoint. Mr Kemuel was professional and very courteous. My daughter needed her prom dress altered as it was fitting too loose.The alterations were excellent and the dress looks amazing. The areas on the dress that my daughter requested to be altered were completed with perfection and the dress was ready on the day that Mr. Kemuel said that it would be ready. The dress is a perfect fit for my daughter and she is very happy with the dress. Mr Kemuel thank you for being considerate by listening to your customers requests/concerns and doing your best to honor their request. I would definitely recommend Morrison cleaners. Give it a try.
