Card blocked. No temp cards available. New card takes 5-7 business days to arrive even though the bulk of branches are in my state. I dont understand why the admin branches dont have permanent cards. Tried calling central ave for 30 minutes and no answer. God help you ie you have an unapproved charge and need a replacement card.

Although most of my experience has been great. Ive lost about 200 to nsf fees from companies recharging my account multiple times. When I tried to get this disputed and resolved i was met with a lack of interest and empathy. Im a college student and i understand that this financial institution is a business. But to me they are prioritizing making money off of my struggle as opposed to the right way.

Mr. Kendrick Williams was very helpful with assisting me with get my account back active. He was also very knowledgeable of different programs i asked about regarding changes the bank and how the customer benefits.
