If you are interested in banking with them make sure you speak to someone other than Jimmy or David on University unless you want to be given the worst customer service. Jimmy never responds unless it had to do with getting their money and when I needed some paperwork David made it seem there were things they could not provide and gave me a hard time when it was just a matter of a Yes or No answer. It's always been a bad experience for me to get any maintenance done on my account. I'm always told I will be called back, no one ever calls me back. The "virtual branch" really isn't a virtual branch since you can't get to speak with a person at the end of it and it's back to square one. Honestly, I really regret opening any account here as I've been trying to close them for a couple of months now. It's pretty frustrating that I can't get anyone to answer my questions directly and there isn't a line I can call where I can speak with a human being.
