        The worst bank I ever been with in my life. I’ve incurred numerous fees because payments have been returned although the money is in the account. Account numbers are basically identical. Phone customer service doesn’t know a thing but how to check a balance. Dont have cash. Unable to close account. Can’t do anything without fees. Do not recommend.

        Had to order a new card after a fraud attempt on my account. Went into location to withdraw cash and they could not do. They advised me to go to another bank (Piedmont Advantage CU) to get cash out. Very inconvenient. If I cant take cash out from my actual bank then I may as well bank with the other credit union?, because what's the point. Why even remain open if you can't assist your own customers??

        ATM located outside of terminal. You have to walk through the smoking section to get to the ATM. What sense does that make for people with Asthma or other conditions? It's very unsettling!! My suggestion is to put the ATM inside the terminal. Make it make sense please!!!!
