I know the landscape of therapy feels like it has changed a lot in recent years and finding a good fit can be frustrating. Nicole brings an insightfulness to the methods used - mindfulness, cognitive behavior - that makes everything feel more tailored to specific needs. I know I am someone who wants to hear the "why," and I know from experience you cannot easily find the sort of direct and thoughtful approaches she offers. The option for virtual appointments gives a lot of flexibility, but it never feels impersonal. I highly recommend Nicole regardless of what you're going through. I started counseling with Therapy Charlotte a few months ago and it's been amazing. My therapist is super friendly and professional and made everything easy from the start. Nicole is awesome. She offers counseling and life coaching, providing therapeutic mental health treatment for depression, anxiety, postpartum depression, marriage counseling, grief & loss, couples workshops, self-esteem issues, life transition, relationship problems, and parenting issues. If you want someone who truly understands and cares, you cannot find a better counselor. If youre thinking about it, make her your first call.
