Debra has made such a huge impact on my life & mindset. I met Debra when I was preparing my mind & body for pregnancy. Prior to getting pregnant, I wanted to get off my anxiety/depression medications naturally, quit smoking & equip myself with the tools to bring my attention back to self when I seem to get lost in thought. She was able to help me with all of that and more. After only a couple sessions, I never picked up a cigarette again! She is a great listener with a sweet disposition. I was afraid to allow myself to open up and discuss the things that were weighing down my mind. She made me feel totally comfortable & safe. I liked that she offered suggestions on how I could make positive change & didn't make me feel pressured. I highly recommend!!
