        I use to love this brand. Very comfortable clothing with great styles. It was one of the few brands that offered big and tall sizes that looked and fit wonderfully. Now they have decided to no longer offer these sizes. I've searched their website up and down and they have removed all options. I find it disheartening that we are no longer considered worth while customers.

        I work two shops down at Johnston and Murphy. I stop in on occasion to buy my nephew some stuff for school. The management is phenomenal and very patient. Their customer service is amazing.

        We went on a team shopping experience to measure customer support at South Park mall. This store was by far the best in customer service that I experienced. Well trained team members. Very attentive, and helpful. Great overall purchasing experience and lessons to take back to our practice to provide better experiences for our clients.
