Paid full price menu items and got half value worth. My wings and things were as kid serving size and the worst part flavorless wings even though we ordered sweet and spicy we got just some gross wings without sauce, chicken fingers were hard and dry. They were out of ice

Everybody was talking about how good the salads are so I got one. What a joke. Not really worth the 10 I pay for most of the lettuce was brown. 3 small pieces of tomatoes 3 small pieces of cucumbers a little bit of cheese very disappointing. Saw the girl in drive thru on the phone. Want be back

Would not recommend, didnt give me enough fries and every time I come here I always ask for rent in the always give me Zack sauce I dont know if this look like 5 ounces maybe Im blind in the manager, seem like she had a attitude

Came here because all of my friends from the South rave about the food and that I simply must, etc.
Now, I am a Brit and apparently, unless you speak like Dominic Cumberbatch or annunciate like Claire Foy in The Crown, the denizens of Charlotte have difficulty understanding a guy like me. Consequently, our order was as easy as pulling teeth and wasn't exactly what we ordered.
Similarly, and again because we're British, we did not attempt to rectify the error and ate our food on an almost empty restaurant.
It's... Ok. Chicken fingers were tender and succulent, but the "signature" chicken sandwiches (one was supposed to be a Club, but whatever...) were a little bland, even after application of additional hot sauce. The crinkly "fries" (guys, these are what we call crinkle-cut chips back home) were similarly bland and not very crisp, bordering on soggy.
Soda fountain was out of ice during our visit, fortunately, we saw another customer request a cup full of ice from the server, so we did too, although the language barrier tripped us up a little again.
Overall...? Meh. Wouldn't rush to get here over a KFC.
