Be wary of Emely. She will charge you for things you don't need. I went in to inquire about phone prices, and I went directly to the sales associate to ask as she wasnt busy. I had a Motorola and I liked it so I ask about the prices of those. She takes a min and quotes me a couple. Not too cheap, not too expensive(for me) and I make a purchase, trusting Emely. She goes to get my phone and I browse..... and see the price they are charging for the phone I bought as I was looking around, it was cheaper than what she charged me, so of course I am inquisitive about why. She goes on about cricket adding things to the final bill like activation. Yes, she is right..... also, in that minute that she initially quoted me a phone, she added an extra wall charger in there that I didn't need to buy. She thought since I didn't initially look at the price she could add a lil somin in there for her commission. And then when I asked her if I had to buy that she snapped that I could just return it and go to another cricket store. I would have, but she knew it wasn't a full refund. They would still hold the activation fee and some. And guess what the receipt conveniently says that you can't return accessories. So she made a few extra bucks and a bad review. Good on her

Aracely and Maria are ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! From the time I walked in, they greeted me professionally, made sure all my questions were answered, and were extremely patient with me. Their customer service and eagerness to resolve all my concerns should not go unnoticed! They treated me as if I were their best friend or family member. This service is not often granted these days, so they should be recognized from the highest level of authority within your company. Thank you ladies for making my day special, but most all, for SETTING THE BAR!
