        This is a very unprofessional and rude personel. I've had a metro account for over 3 years with 3 lines, and this is the first time I've heard you have to take your physical phone to pay your bill. They have no knowledge of how to their job and support their lack of knowledge between each other, not even wanting to speak no more with me. Google should hive the option to place no star at all. But I'll file a complaint and not just that but follow up with it.

        Very bad attention, they had a child who didn't even know what he was doing there! The manager was outside talking on her cell phone! And well! Bad service

        The place is disgusting! The floor is super dirty, the fans are disgusting, the walls are deteriorated, it took 45 minutes for them to serve me, they only had one staff. The place is super bad!
