image I will be vehemently cautioning every business owner I know against ever opening a Bank of America business credit card.
To say that Bank of America's approach to handling these cards is utterly ridiculous would be an understatement. They have devised the baffling strategy of splitting each business credit card into two infuriatingly separate clickable sections, ostensibly to segregate corporate charges. However, this only creates confusion, as it needlessly fragments credit charge information, rendering it an arduous task to decipher one's correct balance.
The sheer amount of clicking required to glean basic account information is nothing short of a maddening ordeal. It wasn't long before my patience wore thin, and I had no choice but to dial the bank's customer service line to request a breakdown of my recent transactions. This inquiry revealed fraudulent charges on my account. Still, after being transferred to a new representative to dispute these unauthorized charges, I was met with the startling revelation that he, too, was utterly befuddled by Bank of America's byzantine system. He confessed his inability to locate the charges I sought to dispute, leaving me incredulous and exasperated.
It's crucial to emphasize that this isn't a failing on the part of the representative I genuinely wish he were more familiar with the banking portal than I was. No, this debacle squarely lands at the feet of Bank of America.
For a financial institution that purports to serve business owners, their business banking portal is nothing short of an exasperating catastrophe. It's a disservice to those who value their time and efficiency and entrust their financial affairs to this institution.

image If it was possible to give a negative I would. Went in to deposit and withdraw money from my account during my lunchtime. The line was 10 people in front of me and one teller all the other teller windows where configured to fit in another ATM. BOA not everything can be done on the ATM if it could be I wouldn't even walk in to the Bank just not to face the manager and the teller. But upon arrival the manager tells me that I can withdraw money from the ATM. But I can't not the amount that I need it's over the withdraw limit. So as I was staning in line the me and the other patrons start talking about the ridicules line and we complain to each other. When it's my turn to go to the teller she tells me that I can deposit the check via ATM. I told her I knew that but I needed to withdraw money from my account. At the end of the transaction the teller told me that I shouldn't complain for the length of time it takes to wait become that transaction was only possible to do with the teller. I wouldn't have even written this rant if the teller didn't tell me not to complain that it took me 50 minutes to get my cash during my 1 hour lunch time. And since most of us work from 8am-5pm lunch time is the only time I can come in for her to tell me not to complain that it took me 50 minutes is ridiculous and disrespectful of my time. The other issue is that the community North Port FL you as a Bank serve is mostly the Elderly and they have a hard time to use a cell phone let along a ATM be real. So instead of getting rid of the 3 tellers and having more ATM machines add more people and be friendlier.

image Worst bank ever, they put fraud alerts on recurring transactions, tell you to call a particular phone number, waste your time with multiple verifications only to be told you called the wrong department. If you are a small business owner they will waste your time with these alerts, you will have to take time off work to handle them as your money and cards will be locked up. As far as interest, you make nothing off your money. Also when it comes to giving out loans they are the worst for small businesses. You will get nothing. I also remember when it was time to distribute the ppp funds Bank of America was denying small businesses all over the place and packing the money away for larger companies that fell into trouble later on. Worst bank ever and worst for small businesses.
