This is another weird banking location for me the old manager needs to be brought back he was a great manager but one evening I tried to deposit $140 and the teller only deposited 40 dollars then I seen him put the 100 dollar bill on the side of him seems like it was just sitting there the whole time then he hands me a deposit slip for 40 dollars and I'm like man where is the rest of my money and I can just still see the hundred dollars sitting there on the side he tried to deny I gave it to him and then the other coworkers of his came to calm me down lol I don't know if this was some type of scheme or what so I called customer service to mention it and she was on my side she said it seemed kinda fishy and fraudish

I'm not sure how to leave a review for US bank in general so I'm leaving on here - I opened a business account (after leaving PNC) and they won't allow any mobile deposit over $500 for at least the first six months.. Would have been nice to know as I wouldn't have opened one here since there isn't a branch close. Vital information you should let business accounts know. Closing this account as well as soon as I find a better banking option.

The manager and the entirety of the staff need to be fired at this location. This may be the worst US Bank in all of North America
