        The biggest scammers in America They will give you false information on stopping your overdraft so that you're Bill pile up And they will try their best to blame it on the other merchant so it's not their fault worst bank ever

        HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!! Open up a drive thru lane! Be somewhat convenient. Stop taking 30 minutes to count a few hundred dollars and deposit it. Its ridiculous to be honest. Then you have people walking up to your car while when the drive thru lane WAS open. Hire security and tellers and care about this location like the others!

        Worst bank in Charlotte this location never answers the phone. Forcing me to drive to location to resolve any problems on my account. Not only is this a bad location the bank itself is just money hungry, the bank will twist up how they recieve credit payments and sometimes this forces an overdraft, when you make the payment u had the money on the card but when the bank recieved it cost me an overdraft! At first I thought overdraft was ok but now I see that they are not consistent on how they charge you overdraft fees and they manipulate the system to get more money out of clients.. on top of that you get like 3 reversals in a year.. this is broke problems if you don't have money issues then the bank is ok but for lower income people I do not recommend

        Transitioning from another bank and was told I needed to visit a local branch for identity verification. WRONG CHOICE . WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I came back twice in the same day trying to get the identity block removed from my acct so I can access MY FUNDS and my acct is still BLOCKED. Im New Customer. Im diabetic and asked to use the restroom and I was told they didnt have one so I had to leave and come back. A Bank in 2022 with No Public Restroom for THEIR Customers. Wow. Totally Unprofessional. No Customer Service skills whatsoever. They are holding my money hostage. I cant even pay my bills. If I could give 0 stars I would. Would not recommend or refer anyone to Fifth third. Shouldve stayed where I was.
