        I came to this bank to close my personal and business bank account bc they charged me 6 times for one transaction. I spoke with Felipe and he was NOT helpful. He didnt ask why I wanted to cancel or even seem concerned why a customer with of many years and having many accounts wanted to cancel service! Horrible experience
