Biju was an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend working with him if you choose to visit this branch. We were closing our business account and he made the process so easy and seamless (thank you!). It took about a half hour but we would have been out much quicker if we hadnt been chatting. I was initially hesitant to visit this location because of the other bad reviews but Im glad to say that everyone at this branch was extremely pleasant and Im grateful that they are open on Saturdays. We still use Chase for our personal accounts and will continue to do so, given their excellent customer service.

Jennifer Addams went above and beyond for my needs. Perfect customer support. I was pleasantly surprised with the service at this branch. Location is extremely clean & everyone is so professional.

Do not recommend. I have been with this branch for over 3 months, and made numerous business deposits never no problems at all. I have numerous deposits in my personal account as well with no problems. Until recently , I went in this branch and made a deposit as normal, and a few hours later I received a call about this deposit and about my business card that a few hours earlier in the branch was confirmed foo be being mailed out. I thought with this such a recent transaction it could not be possible to be scammed for the money I just deposited. I was wrong! My account got wiped completely! Called customer service, because branch was closed. NO HELP AT ALL! Almost two weeks later I received my funds, and go into the same branch with same teller I have made numerous deposits with, and she says its a freeze on my account, tears up the withdrawal slip, sends me into a office with a banker. We are on hold forever waiting to see what's going on now, and now I am being looked and treated as the criminal. They get the Freeze taking off my account with 2 minutes before bank closes, and the same teller sends me to another teller (because she started counting her drawer. As if she had no intentions of assisting me withdrawals. I assume she's only for deposits?)who then tells me that she cannot withdraw my monies, because I do not have a bankcard. How would I have bankcard if my account was just frozen, my account was just defrauded(they still have the same card number never cancelled it, but told me to shred the card), card not cancelled how would I have new card? It is just amazing to me how we as people change in a matter of seconds working for such a major institution. Again I never had problems with this branch, but because I got defrauded I am the bad guy now? WITHDREW ALL MONIES AND STOPPED ALL DEPOSITS! Thanks so much for your "assistance" Chase
