Their atms will shut down if you try to deposit money in them so you lose whatever you put in them due to them "leasing" the atms through a third party. Dont count on going inside and seeing if they can help all they are going to do is give you the claims department number and swear thats all they can do, especially the heavy set hispanic manager instead of trying to help resolve the issue or come up with a solution.

I went into this Bank of America today with a personal check that needed to be cashed and the teller who was very rude said that it needed to verified she hands it to her manager and he then takes to another guy who was in the room with another customer to verify it and then I had to get back in line to get my check and she says we could not verify it . I go to another branch and they was able to cash and it went through. They are very prejudice and rude. DO BETTER BOA!!

Bank of America is a greedy, unethical bank that provides horrible customer service. Good luck trying to find a VISA service representative on the phone. I always make large $500-$1,000 payments each month on a card I've had for DECADES. One of our four dogs died the Saturday after Thanksgiving. We picked up her cremains the following Friday. My due date was the next day, a Saturday. I made my payment on Tuesday, two business days late. B of A couldn't charge me a $28 late payment fee fast enough. And I've been trying to reach a customer service representative since without luck to complain. The only blemish on a perfect credit history. So Bank of America, I am exploring other credit cards available with my considerable resources because your customer service and phone wait times truly suck. This card will be paid off and closed within 2-4 months as I move automatic payments elsewhere.

I had a 30 year account and a mortgage that I paid off in 7 years with BoA. Never missed a payment. The pandemic hit and I was 1 day late on a 150 dollar balance and they charged me 35 bucks. Dont ever think that BoA cares about anything but money and how they can milk you. I canceled my credit card. I went over to a credit union and WOW! They treat you good!
