Big Rodent in my ceiling for over 1 week. I was told pest control will handle it Friday which is 6days later. Unable to sleep in my apartment with this animal tearing the ceiling . Living hell. Stuck in my lease.

The office staff are so sweet. They helped me with every step and every question I had. Josyln is especially awesome! They we were even able to get me an apartment close to the dog park because I have dogs. I moved in few days ago, but I love it so far. The neighbors are friendly and a couple of them even helped me get my furniture in. Also, the location and price is unbeatable.
Update: Been here several months now and I have zero complaints. Staff is still incredibly nice. I love my cozy apartment and hope to stay a while longer.

The new property manager, Justin, is on top of things. Hes very communicative and strives to continue to improve the property. The laundry room has been renovated and it now includes a security lock for entry. I did renew and feel that my renewal price could have been a bit lowered based on the market but overall,, Im satisfied. I especially love the pool, business office and gym. Havent had any major problems in my unit. The Maintenace team is quick to fix problems. The car wash area is A+!

Where to beginI have had a tough past year losing my significant other, learning how to do life solo after 10 years was so challenging. Jimena made this process VERY easy! She answered every single question I had in such a timely manner! The care and compassion she had for me while getting everything setup is unmatched! I am so thankful to her and everyone in the office! I just got my keys today!! Im super excited for this next journey! Jimenas smile is so infectious too!! Thank you Jimena!!
