        One305 is an ideal place to live in; clean, quite, quality amenities, and close to almost every major activities in Charlotte. Melanie, one of the leasing office staff, is very professional and welcoming. She has explained every aspect of the living space and amenities in the community and all was to the point without fail. Thanks Melanie in helping me to decide to choose One305.

        Melanie does a fantastic job in the leasing office! She goes above and beyond to help myself and the other residents with all of our requests from maintenance questions, events, packages, etc. I am happy to say that I reside at One305 Central. Thank you!

        Our maintenance man JV is the best!!! He is so kind and always looks out for us. He goes above and beyond to fix our problems even if they are not his problems to fix haha. We love him!
