Miller and York Apartments

Hi. Do not stay at Miller and York. They wont say anything but my car has been stolen twice out the parking lot. That is gated and has a security guard. The security guard is probably in on stealing the cars to be honest. Im not the only person this has happened too. They wont say that., Additionally you pay for parking as well and they still make me pay for it after my car has been stolen twice. I was super excited to live here but I will not be renewing. Horrible experience.

I had the pleasure of doing my tour today with Ebony Lewis she did a phenomenal job. She was very knowledgeable about all of the apartments we saw. She let me see multiple units and a model unit and made me feel very welcomed. Because of her I enjoyed myself and better equipped to make an informed decision about my living future thank you.

I was on a tight deadline to find a new home moving from a different city. Right as I walked into the leasing office I knew this was the place! The leasing staff was upbeat, super friendly, and offered me refreshments. They didn't seem bored like many other communities that I toured. The application process was super simple. The leasing agent Yves was amazing and patient with all my questions and they are quick to respond to email. UPDATE: Security here is terrible, since moving in, Ive had my bike stolen. Items in the trunk stolen at night or in the mornings. It didnt feel safe to walk around at night. There is no way for guest to enter the gate through the butterfly system but burglars can get in. Zero guest parking.

My experience so far has been amazing! The leasing office staff especially Mallory and Yeves are very helpful and go the extra mile when you need something. My neighbors are great with little to no noise and the maintenance staff is very prompt and efficient. Ive lived her for about 4 months and its been the best apartment experience Ive had in Charlotte!

This place is a must see!!!!! Mallory was amazing on the tour of the property. She noticed certain questions and quickly picked up my knowledge in the industry. She was able to show me several units and even provided me additional information on the area. I plan on definitely moving here in the future.
