        The pictures yall see on this page is not how them apartments look on the inside . $100 Application fee I would never, well at least not for those apt ! Ever since they have gotta a new manager and owner they are trying to go up on everything.

        I recently leased an apartment at Stillwater, when I arrived I met Atiya for a appointment. She was very knowledgeable about the process and understanding with my concerns about affordability, safety and location. The apartment Im leasing has been renovated and has a beautiful view of the lake on the property. Atiya was diligent in making sure all the proper documentation was correct and available at any time to help me through the process. I recommend this property to anyone needing a nice place to live.

      Hi Jo, Thank you for your feedback. We took over the property only a few months ago and have been renovating units with new stainless steel appliances, fixtures and quartz counter tops. We offer units without those upgrades as well at a more efficient cost. There will be exterior renovations coming soon including an upgraded fitness center, dog park, pool renovation and much more! We hope you will keep us in mind for the future as many amazing changes are coming in 2024! Sincerely, Team Stillwater
