Maple Way Apartments

I love being a tenant here. The makeover to this complex is so nice, and was well needed. Its very peaceful here. And Meg is wonderful. I havent met Wendy as of now but Im sure shes wonderful also. I love the changes coming to maple way. the siding looks great and fresh, the windows are new, and the laundry room is free of loitering people and parties on the weekend. For the first time in the last year I had Meg return a phone call in the office. Her and Wendy are so responsive it's almost scary. I cried because for the last 6 months when I had issues with pests in my home I could never get someone on the phone and now I call and someone answers right away. Thank you Meg and Wendy. And thanks to the maintenance staff and workers who are helping to improve our space!

LOVE the changes that are going on. I was really getting worried for a while about this place and noticed that they had management changes. the previous manager was never in the office and I could never reach her on the phone. A new office manager came in a couple of weeks ago and repairs that I desperately needed done in my home with mold were taken care of within 48 hours. Bobby is always on the go and is so friendly with his singing and jokes. I cannot wait to see everything else they both bring to the community.

What a change in the community! Whoever hired the new manager Meg, has a good eye!! Good things are on the horizon!
