1. My car was broken into along with dozens of other car windows smashed. The gates to the garage worked for 2 out of the 13 months. I was told to contact my insurance company. 2. Multiple incidents with numerous police vehicles on the property. 3. Went without a dishwasher for 3 months. The excuses were incredible. 4. Elevator does not work. 5. Deposit not returned. $180 to clean the stove, $170 to clean the tub.. This was obvious from the start that money would not be seen again. Live elsewhere

Living at the Cielo has been nothing short of amazing. My boyfriend and I just resigned our lease for the longest term they offer and wish we could have signed for even longer. Our unit is beautiful and the management is so caring. The location is perfect with two grocery stores, park rd shopping center, and a greenway all within walking distance. Everything about this place is 10/10. I highly recommend for any new residence coming to live in the Charlotte area!

I lived at Cielo over a year ago for 1.5 years. Its a prime area so Id love to give them another try but its a shame to see the same security issues are occurring. The elevator never worked when I was there, the side door that was supposed to be fob protected was broken, and the gate was always broken leading to several car break-ins (ours being one of them). This was years ago and the problems still seem to be an issue. I would say Im surprised that its been over a year and they havent fixed the safety issues, but Im not!

Ive had a tremendous experience at Cielo. They recently completed renovations and the gym is beautiful and spacious. The staff is extremely nice and professional, especially Kaelyn - I had a great tour with her and her knowledge of the property and amenities was very helpful. Great and fair prices as well.

Took a tour with Kaelyn, apartments are very nice with the new renovations. Also located in a great area with plenty to do.
