The Estates at Ballantyne

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! The apartments are infested with roaches especially during the Spring and Summer. This is due to their buildings not being fully renovated. Ive had Pest Control come out several times but its to the point to where they cant control them. This is ridiculous! Also, if you have friends and family, theyre basically not invited due to their parking. PARKING HERE IS JUST FLAT OUT SAD! I had a delivery on 1/1/24 from a friend, and after driving around for several minutes, there was no parking at all. NONE! NONE! NONE!! After pulling up behind my car, due to no parking, and making the delivery, HIS CAR WAS TOWED WITHIN LESS THAN 5 MINUTES AND IT WAS A HANDICAPPED VEHICLE!!!!!! The staff was made known about this issue but yet to do anything about it. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY HERE! Just ride around and ask random neighbors. They would all side with me!

We haven't been here long, we moved in March this year and we love every bit of our ongoing stay here. We appreciate how Katherine, Sylvie, and the men keeps the neighborhood pristine and peaceful. The amenities are always well kept. The monthly treats for the residents are amazing, actually this morning we had Chick-fil-A for breakfast over at the leasing center. It's just a nice and easygoing community. Thanks!

I love the Estates at Ballantyne it is the best place I've ever lived. I feel very safe taking my dogs out at night, they also love the dog park that is large enough to run around in. My daughter and I love the events that they have in the coffee area, today Silvia and Katherine had for us breakfast sandwiches and orange juice, not only that, they really made our day with their smiles and sweet personalities. I highly recommend the Estates at Ballantyne! Since the first day I came to look at them I knew this was going to be my home, Silvia went above and beyond to help us through our application process and we have been very happy since.

We moved here a month ago. This community is very convenient. We can walk to large supermarkets, restaurants, hospitals sports centers and Elon park , near to a very nice local school, the neighborhood is very quiet, big swimming pool and nice Gym , the renting office staff are very nice and friendly, and of course professional. Especially Silvia , every time we have a problem she solves it quickly . We are so happy to live here .

Definitely NOT what I expected coming from the Ballantyne area! The staff is HORRIBLE! The maintenance crew will enter premises REGARDLESS of you answering the door or not. Ive had plenty of im sorry wrong units happen to frequently. They seems like a bunch of friends that are happy together and hang out on the clock (found them many times at the end of my street smoking cigarettes and chilling on their golf carts). My air conditioning stopped working 3 months i to my lease and every work order I put in was met by these same guys who seem not to know what they are doing because the problem never got fixed. I had to turn off my ac unit to stop my power bill from skyrocketing because they somehow managed to fix my ac by having the unit run 24/7. Whenever it rains the roof will leak. After sending in another work order for my roof and showing them that the moisture was causing my roof to have spot and peel off I never got any type of response or resolution.
