I have been living here for almost 7 months now and have only had a positive experience. The leasing office staff is the nicest, most helpful group of ladies you will ever meet. The maintenance team are quick with request and very friendly. The apartments are very nice and clean. Very rarely have I had problems with bugs/ roaches, almost never. Overall Ive had an amazing experience and highly recommend.

I've lived here for almost 3 years and not had any major issues. The office staff is awesome and maintenance is usually pretty quick and thorough. Buildings are older but newish facilities and updates make it feel nice and still worth the price due to the closeness to surrounding areas in CLT. Our unit also has a working fire place and I dont know any other apartments in CLT that have that perk.

I have lived at Parkside since November and have not had any problems. I have submitted a couple work orders for different things and have had a maintenance man show up both times within 24 hours. I have been pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the apartment complex and the friendliness of the other tenants.
