Be aware of cargo train horn right behind the apartments. Train wjll blast that horn between 4am to 7am and 2pm to 5pm. They do not tell you before you sign up for applications. Price of the 1 bedroom is over 1600 and nothing around the apartment.

Alex and Baker are the best. They are incredibly helpful and have really made my experience living here one for the books. Alex and Baker are my references for anyone looking for a place to call home in the Charlotte area. They will make sure you are comfortable and satisfied with all amenities and services.
