        So far, it's been pretty good. People living here are cordial, walking distance to some cool spots and overall nice looking apartment. The folks at the front desk are nice and (Caleb) helped me through some complications with my application. Update: Had a few issues but overall it was a good place to live. Great location, good events for residents and the amenities were nice. Guest parking was a mess though.

        Love living here! Great location, amenities, and staff. Maintenance team is wonderful, shout out to Scott for being friendly and helping with some repairs in my unit today!

        Overton Row is such a wonderful place to live. My fiancee and I have loved our time and decided to extend our lease. Thank you to the leasing team, maintenance staff, and other personnel who do an amazing job making the place welcoming, comfortable, and clean.
