Worthless costumer service. Needs to have better management definitely, No communication.

I called to ask if they were a fiduciary financial planner and the person I talked with said she was not familiar with the term so probably not. I was disappointed.

Worst Truist branch ive ever visited. Waited 25 min in the window to exchange money then was told they couldnt exchange it.

Worst customer service ever. Not talking about being friendly but rather following up on banking issues that occurred-no return of phone calls, texts and emails.

Seems like they are not wanting to help customers. Point you to the teller machine or another branch. Going to switch to SECU in Chapel Hill
