        I like this quiet bank. Everyone is friendly and patient. Even though I don't speak English well, everyone helped me and resolved everything well. Even when opening an account, issuing a credit card, or making a check, they are always friendly and smiling. Even when we took the children, everyone tolerated their noise. Thank you to this bank.

        Hours are horrible? How are people who work during the day supposed to access the bank? Not before work and now apparently everyone out for lunch at the same time? I dont feel respected as a customer trying to make a business deposit. Please do better staffing your locations and putting customers first.
