Such a wonderful experience from start to finish! I knew I was having difficulties with hearing but I didnt know the extent until working with Dr. Patricia Johnson. I felt like one of the babies show in videos after being fitted hearing devices. I had no idea I was missing so much! My sincerest thanks to her for her knowledge and expertise. She has imparted to me a general confidence in this next stage of my life!

I have worn hearing aids for almost 30 years and I have never found anyone to get the most out of them until I started going to UNC Hearing & Communication Center. I'm impressed with the quality of care, the commitment and dedication to do what it takes to get the most out of my hearing aids in order for me to hear the best I can under the circumstances. My biggest regret is that over time I had no idea that I could improve my hearing to the degree that the UNC Hearing Center has achieved. Very grateful to my hearing aid doctor and the team at UNC

Dr McKenna patiently took the time to listen and then to address all of my questions and concerns. She is extremely competent and drew on many different resources to maximize the comfort and functioning of my hearing aids. The front office staff are very friendly and accommodating, and an interest free payment plan is available.
