Ashley was recommended to me by a close friend who had her mortgage done by Ashley as well. I will start by saying that we began with another mortgage company and a different loan officer. I was not happy at all and didnt feel like I was getting the right info. After I was told about Ashley and Atlantic Bay, I reached out to her and she responded immediately with a text and soon after we were on the phone. She took her time talking about my situation and trying to learn as much about us as possible. We talked about our options and within days she had a plan for us. Throughout our entire home buying process, she kept in contact consistently and if I needed her at any time she was only a text away. Ashley made sure there were zero bumps in the road for us! There were times I was so stressed and worried but she kept me focused and calm and she never let me think negative thoughts (as you often do when youre buying a new house). She is so knowledgeable and caring, and with her I NEVER worried that she was thinking of anything but what was best for US! I have said it with 100% certainty that we would not be in our dream home right now if not for Ashley and the team at Atlantic Bay. This woman put in an insane amount of work to get us where we wanted to be and I am eternally grateful to her! If youre in a place where you dont know where to turn or who will be hardworking and honest FOR YOU, just trust me and call her. She will get you where you want to be!
