I took in a share cushion cover, and the owner was super friendly, courteous, and completely explained the process to me. He told me all about the tide cleaning franchise, and gave me a coupon with my current order, and sent me another coupon in the mail. I will definitely be coming back. We had great service a great result and super nice folks.
