I called about 10 minutes ago to check on some clothes my boyfriend dropped off October 2nd. We completely forgot about the clothes which is 100% our fault and I didnt expect for the business to keep the clothes and thats completely okay. I just figured Id call cuz why not? I called and a lady picked up and I kindly asked her if she could check. Ive worked in customer service roles my whole life and so I dont ever try to inconvenience employees and Im nice as humanly possible. I told the lady his name and she asked me what the order was. I assumed she meant what were the items so I answered and next thing I know shes yelling over the phone at me saying SPELL HIS NAME. Im not talking like shes slightly raising her voice and trying to clarify, like this woman is yelling and talking to me like Im an idiot for misunderstanding the question. Im just the type of person its upsetting for someone to get upset at me especially when I was being nice. Ive never even left a bad Google review or anything, but this was bad enough I was just so shocked by the interaction and dont understand how the business is doing okay with someone talking to people like that? Maybe she was having a bad day, but she didnt help me at all and didnt answer my question and I just got off the phone feeling stupid and upset. So dont go here if getting treated like that when you have a question bothers you.
