I liked this CVS for many years. The staff has turned over several times in that period. My favorite people are all gone, but the current people are still nice enough. The issue I cant get past is the location being understaffed. I dread going there now. If everything is correct with your RX and theres not a line of families getting vaccines you may get in and out in 10 minutes. Otherwise its 30 mins one visit, an hour the next, and most recently: an hour and a half. I gave up and left without picking up the RX I needed. That hour and a half was just to fix half of 1 issue. This was on a day when CVS had 3 people working. Its often just 2 - sometimes 1.
