Tried to avoid waiting in line for a flu shot by scheduling an appointment. Got there a few minutes early, waited in line for 15 minutes, and was told they were out of flu shots.

I was basically screamed at by the Indian lady at the pharmacy. I came to get a covid test and the instructions for how I go about the test was told to me extremely fast and she was moving back and forth. I wasn’t sure if I took the test in front of her because she walked away. In my experience you drive off and come back into the line so I wasn’t sure. As I was coming back she called me literally SCREAMING and being absolutely rude. I just hung up because that is not how you talk to a human being. When I came back (literally in 1 minute) it was a completely different person assisting me who was very nice. Thank you to that lady
