One of the worst customer service I have ever had, I went to this branch to open a account for my wife and they didnt have courtesy to ask us to sit instead we were handled so rude. If a new account opener had to have some documents there is way a make them understand but I felt the intention of the banker was send us to out. Not sure if I disturbed them during their free time though I visited the branch during normal business hours !!

The bank offers/advertises complimentary notary service to the customers. When I went to the branch, the manager told me that they couldn't attest the document due to a technicality. I walked over to the UPS store where they were happy to oblige me for a fee. After this experience I asked the attorney who was assisting me with the process -- they told me that they never encountered this objection before. I was left wondering if they just refused to serve me because it was not a revenue generating activity for the bank. I have been banking with Chase for 24 years -- they never offered the best rates but had great customer service. Unfortunately that seems to have changed for the worse.

A phenomenally easy experience setting up a business bank account! This branch has the best reviews of all the Chase branches in the area and they deserve it. In fact, I drove past three other branches just to work with this team. Keith and Wes were friendly, available, and knowledgable. Having tried to open similar accounts with other banks recently I was expecting a lengthy and difficult process, but it was so much easier here. I can't praise them enough and I will continue to drive past every other Chase around just to continue working with them.
