        I have had mixed luck with Hertz. This review is more neutral than positive or negative. Requested a compact car for a long road trip and was given an upgrade to one with less fuel efficiency. On one hand it was appreciated but on the other, it defeated the purpose for the high mileage rental. Also, I dropped my key off an hour early and was charged an extra day. I had to call 3 times and provided my actual whereabouts when the key was picked up from the Dropbox. I was ultimately refunded for the extra day but my time on hold was not.
