In 2022, my brother and I agreed we wanted to move back home to NC from Virginia. My realtor in VA started the process with putting my home on the market and getting pre-approved for my new home. She also set me up with a zoom with a Broker in Mebane,NC with a showing of a home. That zoom call was a joke...the man was trying to sell me a glorified apartment as a home. I was done. Then I met Jennifer ...the next Home I was interested in she was the realtor. I requested a contact. It was the beginning of a beautiful relationship. First, she was very courteous, asked me what I wanted in a home, where I wanted to be etc. She helped me understand the difference in buying in NC versus VA. I had a very unique situation though, because I was 3hrs away it was impossible for me to meet with her to view homes. However, she was in it to help me move home, she and my son (who lives in NC)...went to homes that I had chosen and would video call me. It was an adventure. I did not see my home I purchased until a day before my final walk through. My brother and I were very happy and pleased with the community we moved into. Jennifer is a very knowledgeable realtor, she is honest, caring and loving and trustworthy. She really is the person you want to help you find your forever home. You will not go wrong, she won't let you.
