I worked with two other agents before being referred to Jonathan, and wow! What a blessing! Right from the start, I felt like I had finally found the one to help me find a house! The first thing that hit me is that Jonathan truly cared about finding a home that fit my interests and desires. He worked hard with me. Second, he was very knowledgeable and was a tremendous help for me in understanding the market and the entire process of buying a home. Outstanding! I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Hayes Realty Group. As a first-time home buyer, I wanted an agent who was knowledgeable about homebuying, but also honest; Jonathan is both. Super responsive to calls and emails. Jonathan took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and helped me find my dream home. I never felt pushed into settling for a house. Jonathan is young, but dont let that fool you. He is very hard working. I was a first time home buyer and he explained everything very well. I also had to get a lot of repair estimates because I was wanting a fixer upper. He helped me get all those in place and everything ran smoothly. He also was a huge help negotiating the home price and my budget. He is professional and knowledgeable and very friendly. He isnt impatient or intolerant when asking additional questions or want more things inspected. I would recommend him to anyone looking into the housing market!
