At a great hospital rate, I was treated royally for my stay during my daughter's recent hospitalization. Valerie, Laurie and Anna Lisa gave me Great Service during my frequent visits to the front desk. They were super courteous and professional, and catered to my needs during a very stressful time. The breakfast was delicious and hot. The hotel is being renovated, but I hardly noticed because I had a cozy, comfortable and safe stay topped off with great service, I hardly noticed that any upgrades were needed or even in progress. My hats off to this hotel and I would definitely recommend and stay here again. I travel frequently but rarely write reviews unless my stay is exceptional.

This is the worst hotel we have EVER stayed at! the room was absolutely disgusting and the bathroom had visible mold all over! the floor of the bathroom aswell as the carpet was absolutely disgusting. it looked like no one had even cleaned anything! everything in the room was sticky. The shower curtain was broken so if you took a shower the ENTIRE floor would flood in the bathroom. We have never been so grossed out by a hotel before. even outside of the room the halls are disgusting and the elevator smells like cigarettes and looks disgusting. the breakfast was absolutely awful the hard boiled eggs in the refrigerator had hairs all over them. Im not sure who the general manager is but this place needs to be gutted and get new staff! We are so disappointed we spent money on this place and we will be reaching out to corporate about our experience!
