The Inn at Crestwood

ect: Cancelation We don't want to stay in your hotel due to your swimming pool not in service. We make the reservation thinking on enjoying the swimming pool and not need to go nowhere else. We drove for 1 and a half hours to find out the swimming pool is closed. Your website doesn't say anything about it, not even received a message or email letting us know about it. I have two kids very sad and disappointed in me because of your fault. Your front desk personnel denied giving me a managers phone number or name, and said there's nothing they can do and is all my responsibility. How can it be??? We don't want to stay and want my money back.

Our stay was great! Clean rooms, delicious food at the restaurant, beautiful area outside and awesome views from the hotel. Highly recommended!

The inn was good. Front desk was friendly. Not many people around. Very secluded. Close to everywhere we wanted to go. Biggest complaint was the noise. The people above us were so loud. The beds were okay.

** DONT STAY HERE** Room is very noisy. Location is at the top of the takes about 15 min to just get up to it and back down to the city. Day time customer service rep is very helpful, patient, and kind. Night time CR doesn't explain anything, you have to ask everything. The only thing I was told without asking is that if I loose the room key it would cost $50. I'm sorry but would not recommend staying here at all.
