        Rooms: Very nice room with great amenities. We had a queen room with a spa , It included access to a pantry for coffee, soft drinks and ice cream! Food & drinks: The food was excellent and view From the dining room was fantastic. The staff was excellent!

        Top scores in all three areas! Rooms: Excellent! Nearby activities: Near mountain village full of eating & shopping opportunities. Safety: Very secure. Walkability: Several areas. Food & drinks: Restaurant was top quality. Noteworthy details: Excellent!

        Charming grounds. Room 6 at the Lodge was large but not. Low grade linens, worn out carpet. The included breakfast each day was indeed breakfast but cold and tasteless. Getting your luggage to the room is a challenge without help nor direction on a clear cut method to get them from the lot to the room. The 5pm wine and cheese was pleasant, as was the 24 hour pantry complete with beverages and ice cream. Nice indoor pool area. The restaurant menu was limited and was lacking as it was short staffed. We were told that the Chef had left them without notice taking the staff with him. We're told that they will be doing a remodel. If they fix their staffing, breakfast, linens, and add bell staff we would likely revisit.

      Adam,Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize that your visit did not exceed your expectations. We were unaware of any of these issues during your stay until reading this review and we apologize that we were unable to make them better during your stay. Our innkeeper walked you to your room and offered assistance with your luggage which was declined. We had planned on updating the Bob Timberlake Inn earlier in the year but due to supply chain issues we were unable to get the supplies in and now because we are so busy we are unable to update the rooms until January. But updating the rooms is on our list! We also apologize for your experience in the restaurant. We have been severely short-staffed but we are still working as hard as we possibly can to ensure a good experience for all our guests.
