This is in a great location and it's obvious that hard work has gone into making it a nice and comfortable place to stay. The location is perfect. Quiet, yet walkable to Front Street shops and restaurants.
The freezer had ice in it and the water is actually good, so for long distance travellers, this is a nice perk! The kitchen is equipped with a good amount of dishes, glasses, pans, etc. so if you plan to cook, you absolutely can. There's a dishwasher and stovetop (no oven) and a very good sized fridge.
The check-in spot is at the scuba store, which confused us a little at first. You need to be aware that there isn't a front desk on site, so if you need anything outside of the scuba store's business hours, just be sure to listen up when you are instructed about where the emergency number is kept.

There are many things to like! My hotel room was clean, thanks to Angelia and Stephanie! They were very friendly and gave me some info on where to go for dinner.
The check-in with Tim went smoothly, and he was also very kind.
The room was nice and had a kitchen. Great bang for the buck in the off-season (mid-March).
Rooms: It was big. The kitchen was nice, and it had a dining area/living room.
Nearby activities: Close to the center of town.

Rooms are spacious, clean, and well kept. You are within walking distance of the harbor. Location is great. Easy to get to from main road.
Noteworthy details: Parking available at hotel, which can be an issue if you drive downtown.
