        Disorganized office. I originally scheduled a meeting with Vanessa in April. Her assistant called me the day of the appointment to tell me she couldn't meet with me. We ended meeting for 15 minutes. She asked me to call back for an appointment when I had the documents she needed. I called back today and had everything ready for her. Her assistant called back to tell me she was overwhelmed and couldn't take any new clients.
