This restaurant is gorgeous. Beautiful rooftop location with huge views of thebmountains. There were many seating areas both inside and outside. The drinks were beautiful, interesting, and unique. And the pizza! So delicious. I highly recommend the Tartufo, if you love mushrooms like I do. The service was great, and you can't beat that mountain ambiance.

The best vibe in town next to an e-bike ride with The Flying Bike as that is what I did prior to this dinner and how cool it was to look back over the city I was just blessed to ride! The wood fired pizza at Soprana Rooftop Cucina was excellent as so was the service (thanks TJ) but having pizza and a view, oh my! This is the place to Goditi la vita (Enjoy Life)! Cheers!

We were absolutely blown away by our experience at Soprana. The tartufo is one of the best flavors of pizza Ive ever had. But also, the atmosphere and view are the best in Asheville. It has the widest view, 180 degrees, and faces directly west so the sunsets are epic. Go now, because in a couple months, you wont be able to get in. Sorry, no pictures of the pizza. It was gone before I realized.

Got to try Asheville's newest rooftop restaurant, Soprana Rooftop Cusina. Located on the 7th floor of the Embassy Suites by Hilton Downtown Asheville hotel. Soprana Rooftop Cucina This is my first ever rooftop restaurant experience. Some of THE best pizza I've had in Asheville, or anywhere for that matter. I ordered "The Asheville pizza." Flavor, quality, is all there. The crust was my favorite part. Thin, crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside. Perfection. I ordered the hot honey on the side to drizzle on a few of my slices. Definitely adds a good sweet/heat touch. The wine I ordered was great too. Casa Vinicola Bennati Lambrusco, Cornale. Sweet, sparkling and fruity. Not too strong. Exactly how I like it. Very good tasting wine. For dessert I ordered their take on Affogoto. Salted Caramel covered vanilla bean Gelato, espresso, amaretti cookies topped with powered sugar and dark chocolate covered espresso beans. My first Affogoto experience was great as well. Service is phenomenal. Extremely friendly, welcoming staff. My server Chris was very nice and informative and had a positive, smiling attitude the whole time. The view is phenomenal too. Amazing setting and and amazing backdrop over-looking Asheville and the mountains. Overall, I would say everything so far about Soprana is that it's a huge win and I was VERY impressed. Will definitely be back. Edit 4/06/2024: Just as good experience as the first time. I ate inside this time and ordered the chop house pizza. It was phenomenal. Waitress Erin was friendly, great, and recommended the ice cream sandwich dessert wich was good! The hostess at the front, Jenni is awesome. Very welcoming with a great smile and super nice. She even came to my table to check on me after I had my meal and asked me how everything was. Never have I had a host or hostess check up on me as I'm dining at ANY restaurant. That was a great surprise and very much appreciated. Two visits within a week and I assure you this place is the place. Amazing pizza with super friendly staff. Very helpful, everyone with a smile and positive attitude. Will definitely be back alot. One of THE best restaurants in Asheville. Especially when it comes to customer service and the PIZZA. Worth every penny.
